My name is Dominic Mohr and I am a freelance illustrator. I have a passion for comics and cartooning, digital and traditional art, etc. I have 1+ years of experience in attention to detail, time management, process flows, and creative thinking.

I enjoyed doodling picture books when I was little. I also enjoyed drawing my own personal drawings on other books including Diary of a Wimpy Kid: "Do-It-Yourself Book." When I was introduced to comics from Sunday newspapers and other comic books, it emphasizes my creativity in illustration and storytelling. I dreamed about drawing my own story and publish them on newspapers.

I studied graphic design and illustration at Winthrop University in 2021. I am a recent graduate from the Diploma in Design with 1+ years of experience in illustration. For example, I focused on digital art for school projects by using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Fresco, etc. I have the skills in organization, collaborating with artists, art direction, and creative vision.

 

As a freelance illustrator, I have been portraying digital and traditional drawings. For example, I do personal drawings for special occasions such as vintage/modern automobiles. I also do gouache paintings such as college flags, and NFL team flags. With the skills I achieved in school and the knowledge I gained, I am willing to make my art thrive.
